This privacy policy describes what types of personal data Real Training AS collects and how this personal data is processed. Real Training AS complies with the Norwegian Personal Data Act. This privacy policy is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act §§ 18 and 19.
What is Personal Data?

Who is the Data Controller at Real Training AS?
Real Training AS's Office Manager is responsible for the company’s processing of personal data. In the event of any future delegation, only the tasks are delegated; the responsibility for the personal data always rests with Real Training AS.
Personal Data Received by Real Training AS
Real Training AS has two sources of personal data, both based on § 8 of the Personal Data Act.
- Information you provide: The main source is information you provide yourself, primarily through the contact form on our website. It is entirely voluntary to fill out this form. The data collected includes name, email, and phone number. Subsequent correspondence via email or phone may generate additional information.
- Information we collect: We use Google Analytics to collect data such as how long you stay on the site, IP addresses, which links you click, and the number of visitors at various times.
How Real Training AS Uses Personal Data
The purpose of the contact form and subsequent correspondence is to follow up on inquiries and fulfill obligations to customers. The purpose of the information from Google Analytics is to improve the website experience, such as making layouts more user-friendly, understanding trends, and preventing criminal behavior like hacking. The legal basis for this processing is the Personal Data Act § 11.
Managing Your Own Personal Data
Since we collect a very marginal amount of data compared to other web services, we do not offer specific in-app settings for personalized advertising. However, you always have rights regarding your data (see below).
Information Sharing with Third Parties
Real Training AS does not share any personal information from contact forms or internal collections with third parties. Should such sharing be considered in the future, we will always request your explicit consent.
Secure Storage, Deletion, and Internal Control
In accordance with the Personal Data Act § 13, all received personal data is archived on a secure email server or file server for the duration of the professional relationship. Upon termination of the relationship, all communication and personal data will be deleted within 2 years.
Your Rights
As a user or customer, you have the following rights:
- Right to be forgotten: You can request that all your personal data be deleted.
- Right to data portability: You can request a digital copy of the data you have provided to us, which can be transferred to another business if technically feasible.
- Right of access: You have the right to see what specific information we have registered about you.

Real Training AS does not have a dedicated Data Protection Officer, as we are not a public body, do not process sensitive data, and do not perform systematic large-scale monitoring of individuals.
